In the United States Delaware seems to be the most interesting state for a legal home of a corporation.

The TD Bank is probably your best option if you need a US bank account when you're not a US citizen. You're only required to have 100 US$ on your account. It's also open 7 days a week.

Chase Bank is usually the cheapest bank for pulling money out of ATMs. Though accounts there need an average minimum of balance 1500 US$ and you need to make at least 5 purchases a month with your card.
