The cause of the emergency, in particular in the not industrialized countries, as well as the cause for it that we work today 40 hours per week, lies in the fact that today 3/4 all citizen of the world, humans at the age between 20 and 60 years, from who necessary goods-economical work by the money economy is kept away , so that also a substantial part of the population of world is unemployed.

With a world-wide spreading of most modern environmental careful means of production for the rise of the productivity of working humans, with the use of the source of energy hydrogen and its production for world requirements in the deserts of the earth and with a decentralized production of hydrogen in the higher degrees of latitude we can live with only 5 hours work per week ! This is possible with the same luxury and standard of living as 1989 in the FRG!
