A Nanocorp is a organisational mode for business. It states the a business should never be bigger than the amount of workload the founders of the business can handle.

A nanocorp is thus "a ruthlessly small business". It optimizes the Quality of Life for its owner/employees rather than optimize wealth production. The philosophy behind this model is that "a business, of any size, is an open system. It is constantly growing or dying. The typical corporate lifecycle is a contest to see how big the company can grow before it inevitably dies."
